We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
Full-Priced Items
You’re welcome to return these for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.
Sale, Promotional & Outlet Items
These can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
(Refunds aren’t available on discounted items.)
Items We Can’t Accept Back
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t take returns on:

Intimate clothing (underwear, hosiery, swimwear, socks, bodysuits)

Jewelry or accessories (like earrings and hair items)

Gift cards
Return Timeframe
Please start your return within 10 days of purchasing.
We’re not able to accept returns outside this window.
What We Need for a Return
To help us take care of you quickly, returned items must be:

In original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free from marks, scents, and damage

With all original tags and packaging still attached

With proof of purchase: receipt or digital copy is fine
Faulty Items
We check everything carefully, but if something arrives faulty, please let us know within 3 days so we can sort it out.
If the item is genuinely faulty (not wear and tear or washing damage), we’ll organise a repair, replacement, or refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty.
Processing Your Return
Once your item arrives back with us, we’ll inspect it and update you on the outcome.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
